Apartment Specifications

All 35 Apartments will be sold fully finished to high specifications throughout. Both the interior finishes and landscaping is being handled by Carlo Schembri and Stefania Schembri.

Carlo and Stefania Schembri are the founders and directors of Carlo and Stefania Design Studio a company based in Malta with an office in Milan. Their achievements in the field of design are remarkable, not only in Malta but also in the global market, especially in Milan where they have recently established a sister-company called ForFun.

Amongst their latest commercial projects is the regeneration of Pjazza San Gorg, the Stages for the Papal visit 2010, and various commercial showrooms, restaurants and top brand outlets including U Bistor, Myoka Spas, Hugo’s, Paranga, and Vascas.

Mr. Schembri has two master’s degrees, in interior design and product design, from the Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan. Over the years, C&S has been responsible for taking on a number of prestigious and challenging local and international projects, ranging from providing the necessary art direction of high-end commercial and residential concepts, to concert stands, yacht design and giving advice on urban regeneration projects.

Included in Mr. and Mrs. Schembri’s portfolio are upgrades to some of the top Hotel Brands and architectural and interior projects in Morocco, Libya, London, Monaco, Bratislava, Milan and Turin.
